With a comprehensive curriculum sensibly designed for every age group and body type, Elisabeth also cleverly provides related healthy lifestyle workshops (meditation, massages, medicinal plants cultivation, naturopathy, organic food cooking) periodically hosted by renowned local and international specialists. A new project in coordination with the Ponce School of Medicine now offers a Yoga course especially for diabetic patients.
